Construction Of Enabler

This is a close coupled 25hp cornell motor pump combination. we will make this work on single phase at full rated efficiency. The motor is built by Baldor.

In order to do this we need to connect the motor into the 123phase enabler panel box pictured above. Remove the brass thumb nuts on the panel in the upper right.

This is the electricians view of the inside of the enabler panel. This is where the connections to the motor, power, and switches are made. The connections for the wires to the motor go to the red "A", "B", "C", "D" and "E" screw connection points in the box.

This is two combined pictures with the connection points labeled. The yellow 24 volt unlabeled connectors are shipped with jumpers in place so that the auxiliary pressure detect and float detect for the water supply are disabled. Inexpensive widely available sensors may be connected here.

At the motor the "A", "B", "C", "D", and "E" wires are connected by the electrician to the Euro-Block connectors. "A" goes to "A", "B" goes to "B" etc.

The start capacitor bank is in a seperate box. This is the electricians view of the start capacitor panel box with the top removed.

The electrician connects the wires from the Enabler panel to these locations in the start capacitor panel.

This is an outside view of the start capacitor panel. This is only opened once when the electrician installs the system.

This last picture is of the enabler box during construction. Here you can see the capacitors contactors and the microprocessor that make up the controls.
